The Feldenkrais Method is widely hailed and highly regarded by those who have worked with the system as the way to challenge the brain to find and create new movement pathways through a sequence of guided movement explorations. Feel muscle patterns unwind, pain decrease and performance improve. Positive changes in posture, breathing and ease in movement and for some, heightened mental clarity and sense of overall well-being have been reported. Class is for teachers and students seeking comfort in movement and optimizing overall health. (Bring a yoga mat.)
