Ayurveda Cooking and Wellness Retreat Day

Learn the principles of Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, daily routine, stress management techniques, and how to apply them in your life. In this one day retreat students will develop a diet and lifestyle plan that is conducive to their true nature. This class includes an ayurvedic cooking lesson where we will cook and enjoy a balanced, healthy meal together. We will explore daily and seasonal routines that can be used to help detoxify and balance our natural rhythms, and Ayurvedic mind body techniques for stress reduction, relaxation and sleep.
