We all know that young brains need good food to function, so parents pack lunches in the hopes that our kids will eat well during the day. But how many of us open the lunch bag or box at the end of the day to find not much has been eaten?
This one-day workshop will give you and your kids a chance to plan and make delicious lunch items that they will actually eat. Kids can be particular, so there will be lots of options that are nutritious, and yummy! Go home with recipes, snacks and inspiration for lunches. We’ll be making rainbow spring rolls with dipping sauce, vegetable sushi, hummus with homemade pita, make your own pita pizza kit and snickerdoodles!
