Learn tricks for prepping, storing, and quick prep. You will learn to make and store whole meals, and how to prep basic components ahead of time so you can make something that satisfies a craving in a fraction of the time!
The first class is just for grown-ups, so we can cover the basics and talk about planning, budget, and nutrition.
The second class welcomes parent and child to prepare and enjoy a meal! You will leave class with a flexible, healthy, affordable, family friendly strategy to bring you all to the table together!
Registration fee is for two students, either both parents, or one parent (adult) and one child. This class is appropriate for children ages 8 and older only.
