Serving our colleagues and gaining the support of key stakeholders and decision makers across an organization often proves to be a challenge. Assessing each other’s business needs and providing strategic guidance are critical to the successful functionality of an organization. This course is designed to use proven techniques to identify and address different categories of stakeholder needs and objections. This understanding will allow you to build trust, support, and commitment from key business partners and stakeholders.  In this class you will:

  • Organize a stakeholder evaluation to identify influential business partners
  • Uncover stakeholder needs and address objections
  • Employ persuasive tactics to gain support for recommendations

PARKING: Parking is enforced 7 days a week on the Cabrillo Campus. Please carefully read the signage in areas where you park. Daily parking permits are $4.00 and can be purchased in any of the student parking lots from parking permit dispensers. Daily permits are only good for the date of purchase. Permit dispensers only accept credit and debit cards, no cash.
