Crab is at it’s best in the fall and winter, and this workshop is timed perfectly for the local crab season, and holiday crab feeds! Learn where to shop for crab locally, how to select the best crabs, how to clean and cook them yourself, and how to crack them to extract the most meat possible. Crab tastes best when you don’t do too much to it, so the techniques and recipes you learn in this class will ensure you’ll get the very most out of this crab season, and many more to come!
