Being a supervisor can be difficult! You have a lot of responsibility, and usually, very little training.
This program is designed to change all of that! The Cabrillo College Supervisory Academy is designed to help you develop your skills and become a better supervisor. You can pick and choose which modules are best for you, or attend the entire academy!
Through this program, you will learn and practice the skills that will make your job easier. You will come to know yourself better as a supervisor and make effective choices about your leadership development. You will learn to manage time and priorities, communicate better with your staff, build a team, manage stress and conflict, and motivate your employees toward better performance.

You will receive an automatic email with your transaction receipt and class confirmation following registration. Be sure to whitelist extension@cabrillo.edu to ensure you receive these class details.
All Extension classes are for students aged 18 and up, unless otherwise noted.
