Series:The Commitment to Change Program
The new year marks a time of renewal and beginnings. We feel inspired to make changes; to become more healthy, start that project, build better relationships, improve our circumstances, etc. Then after a few weeks, we almost completely forget about our commitments. As we chart new territory, discomfort, confusion and vulnerability arise because we are not used to these changes. This is where we lose sight of our resolutions and return to old habits. As the initial inspiration fades, we need support and new motivation to continue on with our commitments. This program will provide you with the guidance and support necessary to see your commitments through and take charge of the change you want to see in your life.
This 6-week program is designed to be a self-exploration and to demonstrate a sustainable life-long process to make change through personal commitment. Classes may be taken individually or you may enjoy the entire program to learn the full process. Making a commitment is taking a stand for yourself and your excellence!
