Instructor Handbook

Whether you’re new to Extension, or a seasoned instructor, please take some time to review the handbooks. Handbooks are updated annually and include important information about your partnership with Cabrillo Extension, such as how instructors are compensated, how we communicate with your students, and what expectations and responsibilities we have of you, and you can have of us.

New Class Proposal Form

Got a new idea for a class? Please use the links below to access the class proposal forms. Forms must be completed in full and received before the submission deadline in order to be reviewed and confirmed for a particular catalog. Class proposals received after a deadline will be considered for the following catalog.
