Have you ever thought - “I love this so much, I wish I had another just like it”? Whether it’s a favorite skirt that has become threadbare, a favorite shirt you wish you had in another color, or you just want to learn how to create a pattern from an existing garment, this 2-day workshop may be the answer. Students will learn and practice the basics of pattern making, and the tools and tricks they can use for replicating garments.

Some limitations may apply, based on original garment, fabric and time of this workshop. Students need to bring 3 options for potential garments they want to recreate to the first class . The instructor will work with each student to choose the best option.

Our classroom is a great space to create and sew, with Bernina sewing machines, large cutting tables, ironing boards and irons, as well as some basic sewing supplies, great music and good company! Please see the Class Resources web page for a list of materials and tools that are provided in class.
